Who We Are

Thermal Vision Australia was founded in 2007- We very experienced in the electrical industry mechanical services industry and thermography disciplines.

We provide professional thermal imaging services and use the latest infrared technology for testing.

As of 2012 we acquired Thermal Dynamics to add to our portfolio. Thermal Dynamics has been operating since 2000 and has a wealth of experience.

Charles has over 37 years plus experience as an electrical mechanic/lift mechanic, expert fault finding of electrical circuits, control circuit, controllers, motor drives, motors and mechanical faults.

Specialist services provided in fault finding all mechanical, electrical problems and building envelopes.

Charles has worked in the electrical and lift industry since 1983 starting with his electrical apprenticeship.

And then further studies in electronics, level 1 and 2 and building thermal imaging courses at Melbourne university

All survey work is conducted by fully qualified A Class electricians/thermographers.

We are qualified to remove escutcheon  panels and covers. There is no extra cost for this service and no risk.

Do You Supply Reports When The Thermal Scan Is Complete?

Yes We do, all our reports are precise with list of scanned items with thermal and digital photos of faults and repair recommendations, if there are no faults we also put some thermal and digital images, reports are usually done on the day or with in 24 hours with critical faults or non-critical faults this done via email with a PDF soft copy by post we can not put a time line on this as it is out our control but you will get a hard copy if you require it.

Storage

All photos and reports are stored digitally and backed up every night so if you can not find your reports just drop us a email or phone and we will provide you with a copy

Do We Need An Electrician To Assist In Scan?

All our technicians are A Class Electricians and Level 1 thermographers so no need to pay extra for an electrician this keeps you costs down

How Long Will Scan Take?

Generally, 1 to 2 hours just depends on how many switch boards and scope of works and on larger sites it will take longer.

Will Scan Survey Interfere With Electrical Supply And Plant Equipment?

No, a thermal scan survey will not interfere with you production plant or everyday use it is non-intrusive and there will be no disruption to supply, scan survey should be done during normal operation and under normal load.
